What it is
Matic’s disposable HEPA bag sits inside the robot under the lid, so bags are a running cost the same way coffee filters are. When the bag is full, open the lid and replace it. The Annual Bag Pass is Matic’s subscription for those bags. Its help page lists the pass at $96 for an existing owner, one pass per robot.
Buyers who arrive through a referral link get the pass instead of paying for it. That is the entire difference, and it is a consumables benefit rather than money off the robot. Nobody can tell you what it saves you in dollars without knowing how fast your house goes through bags.
What the help page says it covers
- A 12-bag bundle, or HEPA bags sold in 4-bag packs.
- Up to three 4-bag packs at a time, with each order capped at 12 bags.
- Free shipping, and you can restock as often as you need to.
- Orders go through the email attached to the pass. There is no code to enter.
Matic says the quantities can change, which is why this page dates its claims instead of promising numbers that will age.

The benefit comes through the referral link, not a code. Matic does have a discount-code field, but none of the public codes I checked worked.
