For people who are past the coupon question and want to know what they are actually signing up for. I went looking for the details that matter after the novelty wears off.
What you get
A robot and a dock, driven by Matic’s app and backed by its support channels. Pricing, package contents, and availability all change, which is why this page dates its claims rather than quoting numbers that will rot.
The basic package is easy to understand. The better questions are how the robot treats your floor plan, what routine care it needs, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Privacy is the part worth reading
This is a camera on wheels that drives around your house, so the data question is not paranoid, it is the main question. Matic says mapping is streamed locally to the app, and that using the robot remotely sends data through an encrypted cloud connection after you opt in.
Its privacy policy says video and audio are not collected except in limited support situations you explicitly authorize, and that some usage logging is opt in during setup. Read it yourself rather than taking my paraphrase for it. The copy I checked was last updated in May 2024.

Bags
